Do you need to change either the delivery or the billing address?

A customer can have several delivery and billing addresses. Addresses can be modified at my account/my addresses, or when placing an order.
How can I print an invoice?
When you log into your account, you will find your invoices under « my orders »
The item you wish to purchase isn’t available through the website?
The website presents the entire range of Caravane collections. Part of this range is available for purchase online, while certain items are only available in our shops. The information regarding availability of the products we wish to present in the eshop is regularly updated. Certain items therefore may become unavailable.
What are the available payment options?
The available payment method is : Visa or Mastercard

You were not in on the date of delivery?
We will leave a message with instructions on how to proceed if you happened to be out at the scheduled delivery date and time: you can either retrieve the parcel from your local Post Office or reschedule a delivery.
What are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs take the weight and volume of your order into account.
How are the orders delivered ?
Coliposte or Chronopost are responsible for deliveries to the address given when placing an order.
You will be sent a message by email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow the delivery step by step.
Will all the items in my order be delivered at once?
We ship orders when all the items in it are ready.

What to do if the purchase is faulty or damaged?
Please get in touch with us through the “Contacts” form you will find at the bottom of the page, stating clearly why your order isn’t satisfactory. Customer services will be in touch promptly.
