Composition: Forged steel
Compliance with certain procedures guarantees resistance to corrosion:
- Rinse cutlery thoroughly after each use to remove all deposits (food residue or other) as quickly as possible.
- For hand washing:
- Do not use abrasive sponges or sharp utensils to avoid scratches.
- Avoid using chlorinated products (such as bleach), which are too corrosive.
- For machine washing: follow the instructions of the dishwasher and cleaning product manufacturers: there is no need to overdose on the product and adapt your appliances to the hardness of the water.
- After washing, wipe off any remaining moisture with a soft cloth.
Raw, hand-forged steel requires a few small touches...
Cleaning: Although this cutlery is dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing.
Beauty tip: for occasional maintenance, do not hesitate to wipe the handle with a soft cloth soaked in a few drops of cooking oil, approximately every 10 washes. Then polish each piece of cutlery with a microfibre cloth.
