History

Pavao means "peacock" in Portuguese: and indeed, this most poetic napkin will make you want to honor the animal's proud character.

Delicately hand-embroidered, the colorful pattern unfolds on the white cotton khadi spun and woven by hand. Here and there, at the corners of the towel, little bird feet wander in a pretty golden detail, around their owner: a beautiful imaginary bird, straight out of a dream, resplendent with vibrant colors.

This beautiful, colorful tale is unique every time, because the napkins have irregularities that testify to their artisanal origin.

Pavao's carefully chosen colours have been designed to match many of the shades of our plain Selena table linen, in Mordoré or Curcuma for example, as well as with plain tableware. Pavao can also complete a collection of embroidered napkins, with its colleagues KAMSA and HELMER, to play the collector.
